ARX-900 Wireless Pro-Audio
"Road-Ready-Radio"

Built like a tank. Ready for the Road.

Indoor or Outdoor venues.

Rock solid pro-audio for any venue, indoors or outdoors. The AiRocks Pro comes in a sturdy, weather-resistant aluminum enclosure that is built to withstand the harsh life on the road. Gone are the days of panic when a rain shower arrives during an event and your wireless equipment is exposed to the elements. The AiRocks Pro is designed withstand heavy rain, baking sun, and frigid cold while continuing to provide excellent quality audio and rock-solid coverage.

And...it's a "Repeater"

Multi-Hop Audio

Every AiRocks Pro unit includes the ability to be software configured as either the main transmitter (Master) or receiver (Relay). AiRocks Pro is a "multi-hop" wireless audio system designed for large venues. Based on its novel “repeater” technology, AiRocks Pro can dramatically extend the coverage area compared to traditional wireless audio products (see Technology page for more details). There is nothing else like it on the market.

License-free 900MHz Spectrum

AiRocks Pro utilizes the un-crowded license-free 900MHz spectrum. No more frequency coordination or dodging TV stations! This band is "non-line-of-sight" and penetrates walls, trees, people and other obstructions that can severly limit the range of higher frequency devices, such as those that operate at 2.4GHz or 5GHz. The AiRocks Pro system can be used at distances of over 1000 feet with standard antennas under ideal conditions (400 - 600 feet practical range in a crowded venue), and up to 2000 feet (ideal) with optional directional antennas. It has also been tested in an arena environment where it penetrated several concrete walls and rows of arena seating, and a large convention center with thousands of attendees.

Power to the People!

AiRocks Pro transmits 158 mW of power (+22dbm) with standard antennas. And, with our optional directional 6dbi Yagi antenna, the AiRocks Pro effective output power is boosted to 398 mW (+26dbm). And, for thoses extreme cases, the AiRocks Pro has been authorized to use a 14dbi Yagi directional antenna, which means an effective transmit power of 2500 mW (2.5 Watts).

Now with 2-channel Stereo and up to 500 ms of delay in every radio.

Can you say "Delay Stack"?

The new ARX-900 now includes 2-channel stereo operation (but can still be used for single-channel mono applications with balance XLR inputs and ouputs). AiRocks Pro can easily be configured for stereo delay stacks to provide either Left channel or Right channel balanced XLR outputs. And, each AiRocks Pro can add up to 500 ms of delay without external hardware!

Pole Mount

There's nothing else like it on the market.

Traditional wireless audio equipment consists of a single “transmitter” and a single “receiver” which send analog audio from point A to point B. This type of network is called a “point-to-point” network. Most wireless microphones, wireless in-ear devices, and wireless instrument equipment are point-to-point products.

Some newer wireless audio products have the ability to send a signal from a single transmitter to multiple receivers. This type of network is called “point-to-multipoint” and can be effective if all receivers are within the transmission range of the transmitter. However, since the FCC limits the amount of power that each transmitter can radiate, the effective range of this type of system is somewhat limited.

Also, some of these newer devices include what are called “transceivers”. However, unlike the AiRocks Pro, these devices give a single unit the ability to be manually configured as EITHER a transmitter OR receiver, but not both simultaneously, thus limiting their range and coverage.

But AiRocks Pro operates as a Receiver AND Transmitter (Repeater) so that the signal that it receives is "re-transmitted" to other AiRocks Pro units downstream, thus dramaticall extending the RF coverage area.

Feature Rich

The AiRocks Pro includes all of the features that pro-audio engineers demand:
